Site Status & Program Update
Despite the impacts of Cyclone Narelle, strong progress continued across the site throughout April 2026.
Earthworks and retaining wall construction have advanced well, with sewer installation also commencing during the month. In May, these works will continue, alongside the start of drainage installation.
As a result of the cyclone, Stage 1 civil works are now expected to be completed by 14 December 2026, with land titles still anticipated in early 2027.
Detailed design of the public open space areas is currently underway, with landscaping to follow shortly after completion of the civil works.
