Is Stage 1A still available?

Stage 1A has now completely sold out following strong demand from local, interstate, and lifestyle-driven buyers. We thank all purchasers for their support and look forward to welcoming them to the Sundrift community.

Yes. Stage 1B is now officially released and selling.

Due to the overwhelming response to Stage 1A, interest in Stage 1B has been significant. We encourage all buyers to contact the sales team promptly to secure their preferred lot.

Stage 1B includes 28 premium residential lots within the masterplanned Sundrift community.

Lots vary in size and orientation, with selected lots offering attractive outlooks and marina-adjacent positions.

To secure a lot:

  1. Contact the Sundrift sales agent to confirm availability
  2. Receive a contract of sale
  3. Sign and return the contract
  4. Pay the required deposit

Lots are secured on a first-in basis once contracts are executed.

A deposit is payable upon signing the contract of sale. The sales agent will confirm the required deposit amount and payment details at the time of reservation.

Construction of Stage 1 is progressing well and remains on schedule.

  • Civil works are anticipated to be completed by November 2026
  • Titles are expected to issue in the first quarter of 2027

Updates will continue to be shared as works progress.

Construction can commence once titles have been issued and your building plans have been approved in accordance with any applicable design guidelines and Shire requirements.

Yes. Sundrift is a staged masterplanned community. Further releases will be announced in due course. Buyers are encouraged to register their interest to be notified of future opportunities. 

There is no time limit to build however the developer is offering an incentive package if you build within 3 years of the issue of titles.

At this point, the developer is selling land only.

The deposit required to secure a lot if 5% of the purchase price.
