Sundrift Exmouth Continues to Take Shape

Construction activity continues to progress steadily at Sundrift Exmouth, with significant milestones now visible across the site as this exciting new coastal community begins to emerge.

Over recent months, substantial work has been undertaken to transform the site, with civil construction advancing across multiple areas of the development. What was once a vision on a masterplan is now becoming a recognisable neighbourhood, with key infrastructure and services taking shape on the ground.

Recent progress includes:

  • Bulk earthworks 88% complete
  • Retaining walls 65% complete
  • Drainage 41% complete
  • Sewer 37% complete
  • Water 28% complete

These works form a critical part of the development process and lay the foundations for the future homes, streetscapes and community spaces that will define Sundrift Exmouth.

Building Confidence Through Progress

One of the most rewarding aspects of any land development is reaching the point where purchasers can physically see the community taking shape.

Each milestone achieved not only advances the project towards completion, but also reinforces the quality and long-term vision behind the development.

Strong Buyer Demand Continues

The momentum on site is being matched by strong buyer activity.

Demand throughout Stage 1B has continued to build in recent weeks, with purchasers recognising the opportunity to secure land within one of Exmouth’s most anticipated residential communities.

As a result, availability within Stage 1B has become increasingly limited, with only a small number of homesites remaining.

This level of demand reflects the appeal of the location, the lifestyle offering and the rarity of securing land within the final phase of the broader Exmouth Marina precinct.

Looking Ahead

Construction will continue throughout the coming months, with upcoming works to include electrical and NBN installation, which are due to commence later in June, followed by roadworks once services are in place.

Works remain on target for completion by 12 December 2026, with titles expected in February 2027.

The project team remains focused on delivering a high-quality coastal community that reflects the unique character and natural beauty of Exmouth.

With Stage 1B nearly sold out, and the next stage of the development being prepared for release, interest in Sundrift Exmouth continues to grow.

We look forward to sharing further construction updates as new milestones are achieved and this exceptional community continues to take shape.
