What’s happening on site
Following the commencement of site works, construction activity has increased across the estate, with clear progress now visible on the ground. Bulk earthworks are continuing, shaping the future road network and preparing individual lot levels.
Retaining wall blocks have now arrived on site, marking an important milestone in the delivery of Stage 1. Retaining wall construction is planned to commence in March 2026. These works will further define lot levels and streetscapes as the estate begins to take its final form, providing greater clarity around the layout and character of the community.
Each phase of civil works brings Sundrift closer to completion, with momentum building as we move through the construction program.
