Earthworks commenced at Sundrift in October 2025, with Exmouth Civil appointed as contractor for Stage 1 of the project. Clearing and topsoil stripping are now complete, with bulk earthworks and filling across the site underway, marking a significant milestone in the delivery of this new coastal neighbourhood.
Civil construction is programmed for completion in November 2026, with land titles expected to issue in early 2027.
Sales are progressing strongly, with Stage 1A released to the market on 28 November. Due to early demand, additional lots have been included in the Stage 1A release, which is now selling.
