We’re pleased to share that construction of Stage 1 is progressing well and remains on track with the overall program.
What’s happening on site
- Site clearing and topsoil stripping are now complete
- Earthworks are underway, including the importation of fill across the site, which will continue over the coming months
Program timing
- Completion of civil works: expected end of November 2026
- Titles: anticipated to issue in Q1 2027
What’s next
Retaining wall blocks are expected to start arriving on site in late February 2026, with retaining wall construction planned to commence in March 2026.
